We take great care to make sure your flower arrive safely & beautifully. Because every arrangement is handcrafted and flowers are perishable, we ask that you kindly review our delivery guidelines before placing your order.

Delivery Area:

We offer local delivery throughout Westport and the surrounding Fairfield County & Westchester County areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be shown at checkout or confirmed when your order is placed.

For deliveries outside the standard area, kindly contact the studio. We are often able to accommodate special requests for a minimum flower order and/or an additional delivery fee.

Delivery Timing:

Deliveries are made during regular delivery hours from Tuesday-Saturday each week. We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday unless a special arrangement is made with the studio prior. While we are happy to note a preferred delivery window, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our studio in advance. If your flowers are for a time-sensitive occasion, event, school, hospital or other location with specific receiving hours, please include those details when ordering. Often we design in the morning and begin deliveries around lunchtime.

HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS: Certain holidays like Mother's Day fall on a Sunday and we will offer delivery those dates. Our routes are determined by delivery region for holidays ( vs first come). If you are unsure of when your holiday delivery may arrive please contact the studio and we can determine if receiving the day prior is the best circumstance.

Delivery Minimums:

A minimum floral order of $50 may apply for delivery based on your area. For deliveries outside of our standard service location, a higher minimum and/or additional delivery fee may be charged.

Recipient Availability:

Please provide a complete delivery address and phone number where the recipient can be reached.

If no-one is available to receive the flowers, our driver or studio will leave the flowers in a safe protected area. If there are no safe areas we will determine this at the time of delivery. Weather temperature, building access, gate access, and the type of arrangement will be taken into consideration.

If flowers can be safely left and no-one is home, we will call the recipient or phone number on file to tell them they have a flower delivery waiting. We will leave the delivery, snap a photo and make sure the recipient is alerted. NOTE- we do not call recipients prior to delivery. We do not automatically take flowers back to the studio if no-one is home. If an arrangement is deemed by our driver or studio to not safely be left, the arrangement may be returned to the studio, and an additional delivery fee may apply for the redelivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

Please double check all delivery information when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to incomplete information including apartment numbers, gate codes, unit numbers or other circumstances outside our control.

Weather & Unexpected Delays:

Severe weather, traffic, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times. When this happens, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your flowers as soon as it is safe to do so.

Event & Wedding Deliveries:

Weddings, parties, corporate events, installations and other event deliveries are scheduled separately and may include delivery, set up, breakdown or pick up fees. If you place a mass order for an event we will reach out and may need to adjust the delivery fee.
